After trying out a really bunch of slimy agents, we found Max through a referral. He ended serving as our real estate agent and he did a really amazing job with a couple of newbies on what turned out to be a really difficult sale. Thanks Max. We could not of had a better Realtor. Chris recently met with the sellers for one last good bye to the house and to get to meet us. They said the reason they picked our offer out of three was because of the personal letter Chris wrote to them about our family and how we hoped to raise a family in it. They were the original owners and they were raised and their parents lived there since 1957. They liked the fact that their home would go to a family that planned to do the same.
